Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (Golambki)
- 1 lb. ground sirloin
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oil
- 2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
- Saute onion in butter;tut out and discard hard center core of cabbage.
- Put cabbage

- large pot of boiling water; boil until leaves are flexible
- and can easily be removed from head (need
- approximately

- leaves).tombine cooked rice, sirloin, pork
- and
- sauteedtnion.tix well and add salt and pepper
- to taste.
- Fill
- eachteaf with prepared mixture and roll.
- Place cabbage
- rolls
- with folded sides down in a deep electric skillet. Pour
- 2 cans of soup over rolls (do not add water).
- Add raisins.
- Cook
- attbout 350u0b0 for about 2 hours until cabbage is tender.
