Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (Golambki)

  1. Saute onion in butter;tut out and discard hard center core of cabbage.
  2. Put cabbage

  4. large pot of boiling water; boil until leaves are flexible
  5. and can easily be removed from head (need

  8. leaves).tombine cooked rice, sirloin, pork
  9. and
  10. sauteedtnion.tix well and add salt and pepper
  11. to taste.
  12. Fill
  13. eachteaf with prepared mixture and roll.
  14. Place cabbage
  15. rolls
  16. with folded sides down in a deep electric skillet. Pour
  17. 2 cans of soup over rolls (do not add water).
  18. Add raisins.
  19. Cook
  20. attbout 350u0b0 for about 2 hours until cabbage is tender.
