Beef Skillet Fiesta

  1. Brown meat
  2. intil
  3. over high heat in skillet, leaving meat intoarsethunks.
  4. Add onion; reduce heat to medium and cook until
  5. onion is tender, but not browned.
  6. Add seasonings, tomatoes, corn
  7. and
  8. bouillon
  9. andtring
  10. to a boil.
  11. Stir in green pepper and boil again.
  12. Stir in rice.
  13. Remove from heat; cover and
  14. let
  15. stand
  16. 5
  17. minutes.tluff
  18. with fork.
  19. Makes 4 servings.
