No-Knead Bran Bread

  1. Stir together flour, dry milk and salt.
  2. Combine yeast, sugar, warm water and cereal in a large bowl of electric mixer.
  3. Let stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Add eggs, margarine and 1 cup of the flour mixture.
  5. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  6. Gradually mix in remaining flour mixture by hand to form a stiff, sticky dough. Cover; let rise in warm place until double in volume, about 1 hour.
  7. Stir down dough to original volume.
  8. Spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for about 40 minutes, or until browned.
  10. Remove from pan; brush with melted margarine and let cool.
