Root Beer Crunch Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars, vanilla and root beer.
  4. Add eggs and beat well.
  5. If dough is too runny, add more flour little by little.
  6. Gradually beat in dry ingredients. Stir in Crunch bar pieces.
  7. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from baking pan to racks to completely cool.
  10. Makes about 5 dozen.
