Hungarian Spaghetti (Zutone)
- 2 cans cream of tomato soup
- 2 cans Spanish tomato sauce
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 lb. elbow spaghetti
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- Saute peppers and onion in margarine.
- Add soup and sauce. Stir well.
- Brown meat and add liquid from mushrooms and garlic. Cook spaghetti as per directions on the box.
- Mix all ingredients together, except 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.
- Put in a greased roasting pan.
- Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
