Spinach-Sausage Quiche

  1. Bake pie shell at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  2. Reduce oven temperature to 375u0b0.
  3. In medium skillet, cook sausage, green onion and garlic over medium heat until sausage is done, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain sausage fat and stir in spinach and stuffing mix.
  5. Sprinkle first cheese and then sausage mixture in pie shell. In medium bowl, combine egg and half and half with fork.
  6. Pour egg mixture over sausage in pastry shell.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 375u0b0.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
