Ham, Swiss And Mushroom Pizza
- 2 boxes Jiffy pizza crust mix
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 tsp. poppy seed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 6 to 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. diced, cooked ham
- Heat oven to 425u0b0.
- Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
- Make pizza dough according to directions.
- Place in center of pan and press out.
- Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until a light golden brown. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard and poppy seed.
- Blend well.
- Spread over partially baked crust.
- Top with green peppers, onions, ham and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is a golden brown and cheese is melted.
