Low-Fat Marinated Vegetable Salad

  1. Combine frozen vegetables and chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, shake the salad dressing, juice, concentrate, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic and pepper to mix well.
  3. Pour over vegetable-bean mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Let marinate a few hours in refrigerator.
  6. Arrange salad over lettuce leaves. Serve chilled.
