Creamy Chicken And Broccoli

• 6 oz. pkg. stuffing mix
• 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
• 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
• 1/2 to 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
• 3/4 c. milk
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey

1. Prepare
2. stuffing
3. mix according to package directions; stir in 1/2 can French fried onions.
4. Spread stuffing mix over bottom of
5. greased
6. 9-inch
7. round or square shallow casserole dish. Arrange broccoli spears with flowerets around the outer edge of dish.
8. Melt
9. cheese.
10. Add
11. milk
12. and
13. sour
14. cream
15. to cheese;
16. mix well.
17. Combine
18. chicken
19. and
20. cheese sauce;
21. mix well.
22. Pour mixture over broccoli stalks.
23. Bake, covered, for 30
24. minutes
25. at 350u0b0.
26. Sprinkle remaining onions over chicken and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
27. Serves 4 to 6.
