Low Fat Pancakes

  1. Sift dry ingredients into medium bowl.
  2. Mix together wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
  3. Stir only until dry ingredients have disappeared.
  4. Do not over mix.
  5. If you find the mix is too liquid, add more flour.
  6. Cook on a hot griddle, flipping as needed.
