Greek Pasta Salad

  1. Brown ground beef in a medium skillet.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add mint and garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Spoon ground beef mixture into a large bowl.
  5. Stir in pasta, tomatoes, cheese, red bell pepper and onion.
  6. Add dressing and lemon juice; toss lightly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve on lettuce-covered salad plates.
  9. Serves 4.
