Fettucini Carbonara

  1. Microwave bacon until crisp; keep to the side.
  2. In frying pan, saute onions in olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add desired seasonings and garlic.
  4. Add Prosciutto and cook to desired level of crispness.
  5. I usually cook for 1/2 hour and then turn down to low heat.
  6. In a separate pan, fry eggs hard.
  7. Remove and chop; add to onion mixture.
  8. In a bowl, mix cream with Parmesan.
  9. Beat until mixture is of milk shake thickness.
