Sourdough Crab Cakes

  1. Mix first ten ingredients together until blended.
  2. Top each English muffin half with 1/6th of the crab-shrimp mixture.
  3. Broil until golden brown on top.
  4. Garnish with paprika.
  5. Serve with TabascoTM Brand Red Pepper or TabascoTM Brand Green Pepper Sauce.
