Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

  1. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; spread onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
  2. Combine cream cheese
  3. and sugar mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Blend in chocolate pieces and vanilla and pour over crust.
  6. Bake at 450u0b0
  7. for 10 minutes.
  8. Reduce oven temperature to 250u0b0
  9. and continue baking for 35 minutes.
  10. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
  11. Chill.
  12. Top with 6 ounce package almond brickle chips before baking (optional).
  13. Omit chocolate pieces and top with almond brickle chips before baking (optional).
