Toting Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Butter a 3-quart baking dish; cook and drain noodles.
  3. Melt butter, saute meat, stir in tomato sauce and flour; simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, green pepper and olives.
  5. Put half the noodles in baking dish.
  6. Spread on all the cottage cheese mixture.
  7. Top with remaining noodles and cover with ground meat mixture.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes; let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serves 10.
