Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.
  2. Spray a dozen muffin pans or line with paper muffin cups.
  3. Mix together first four dry ingredients, stir to combine.
  4. Add in wet ingredients, stir to combine.
  5. Add in nuts and chocolate chips, stir to combine.
  6. Divide batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake muffins 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
