Shauna'S Wild Rice Bake

  1. Rinse rice 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Combine rice and broth.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
  5. In a skillet cook mushrooms, celery, onion and butter for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in flour, nutmeg and coriander.
  7. Add sour cream and milk.
  8. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  9. Cook 1 more minute.
  10. Add to undrained rice.
  11. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  12. Cover and bake at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  13. Let stand 10 minutes and stir before serving.
