Homemade Chicken Pot Pie
- 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
- 1 small can garden peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 or 5 potatoes, cubed and boiled
- 2 or 3 carrots, sliced and boiled
- chicken broth from chicken
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- sweet milk
- Cook chicken and debone.
- Mix mushroom soup and celery soup in casserole dish.
- Cut up chicken and add to mixture.
- Add garden peas, cooked potatoes and cooked carrots.
- Add enough chicken broth to make soupy.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix self-rising flour and mayonnaise.
- Add enough milk to make soupy.
- Pour over casserole.
- Bake at 325u0b0 until brown on top and hot and bubbly. Tastes great!
