Penny Pizzas

  1. Sift first 6 ingredients together. Stir in cheese, basil and oregano.
  2. Cut shortening into flour mixture to make coarse crumbs. Add milk, tomato paste and unbeaten egg, stirring with fork until dough follows fork around bowl.
  3. Knead on floured board 5 or 6 times.
  4. Roll dough around wieners to form cup.
  5. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350u0b0 until brown.
  6. Yields 8 dozen.
