Texas Buffalo Chips
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 lb. butter or margarine
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 3 c. Special K cereal
- 1 c. coconut (optional)
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- Cream together the butter and the sugars in a large bowl. Sift together the flour, baking powder and soda.
- Add to sugar mixture.
- Blend well and then add rest of ingredients as listed. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown.
