Fresh Peach Cake

  1. Halve peaches; peel, pit and cut into 1/4-inch slices; set aside.
  2. Combine Bisquick, milk, the 2 tablespoons sugar, the oil, egg and lemon peel; beat 30 seconds.
  3. Spread in greased 15 x 9 1/2 x 2 1/4-inch baking pan.
  4. Arrange slices in rows on top of batter. Sprinkle blueberries over the peaches, pour melted butter over fruit.
  5. Combine the 1/2 cup sugar, the brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit.
  6. Bake in hot oven (400u0b0) 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
  7. Serve with ice cream or freshly whipped cream.
