Sweet 'N' Sour Shrimp

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place sesame seed on baking sheet; bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In large skillet, over medium high heat, heat 2 tablespoons salad oil.
  4. Add pepper strips and shrimp; saute 2 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
  5. Stir in sweet and sour sauce, pineapple, water chestnuts, green onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the sesame seed; heat through.
  6. Serve over rice. If desired, garnish with green onions.
  7. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
