Baked Zucchini Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Peel and thinly slice zucchini and chop onion.
  3. Saute zucchini and onion in margarine for about 10 minutes, or until tender; remove from heat.
  4. Stir in spices. Separate rolls and press into pie plate.
  5. In large bowl; blend eggs and cheese together.
  6. Stir cooked zucchini mixture into eggs and cheese.
  7. Pour into pie pan, and bake 30-40 minutes, or until lightly browned and set.
  8. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Slice into wedges and serve.
