Meat Loaf Italiano

  1. In a bowl, mix thoroughly the tomato soup and spices. Take out 1/2 cup soup mixture and set the rest aside. Combine 1/2 cup soup with beef, sausage, crumbs, cheese, onion, egg and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape firmly into an 8 x 4-inch loaf in a baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings.
  5. In saucepan, heat remaining soup, water and reserved drippings to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  6. Spoon over meat loaf.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
