Lumpia

  1. Mix and brown together ground pork and ground round.
  2. Add onion to meat mixture and saute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and add eggs.
  5. Cool mixture, then add remaining ingredients.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Wrap in lumpia wrappers.
  8. Put about 1 heaping tablespoonful on a wrapper.
  9. (Mixture must be cool before wrapping, or wrapper will fall apart.)
  10. Deep fry until golden brown.
