Potage Megali(French Mediterranean Leek Soup)

  1. Saute the leeks and the onions in oil and butter (or margarine) until soft.
  2. Add the tomatoes.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato paste and the previously drained juice together with the chicken broth.
  5. Add the orzo.
  6. This dish tends to taste even better the next day.
  7. Good Appetite!
