Marinated Venison Roast

  1. Place roast in a shallow baking dish; set aside.
  2. Saute garlic in oil; add beverage and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over roast.
  3. Cover and marinate 8 hours in refrigerator, turning meat occasionally.
  4. Remove roast from marinade, reserving marinade; place on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring edges of foil up around roast, leaving top open.
  5. Pour marinade over roast.
  6. Bake at 325u0b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170u0b0, basting every 45 minutes.
  7. Yield:
  8. 10 to 12 servings.
