Tortellini Primavera
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 (8 oz.) container Philadelphia brand soft cream cheese
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 or 9 oz. fresh or frozen cheese filled tortellini, cooked and drained well
- Cook and stir mushrooms, onion and garlic in margarine in a skillet. Add all remaining ingredients, except tortellini, and mix well. Cook ingredients until all begins to pick up to boiling temperature, stirring occasionally.
- Now stir in tortellini and cook until thoroughly heated.
- Makes 4 servings.
