Mochachino Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F Coat 2 (9") round cake pans with cooking spray.
  2. At low speed, beat cake mix, eggs, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup cream, oil, 2 tbsp coffee powder, and cocoa for 30 seconds.
  3. Increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in chips.
  5. Divide batter between pans.
  6. Bake 30 min or until toothpick inserted into centers come out clean.
  7. Cool on racks 20 minute Remove from pans, cool.
  8. Combine remaining cream and coffee, stir into frosting, chill until spreadable.
  9. Place 1 cake layer on serving platter; spread with 1 cup frosting.
  10. Top with remaining cake layer.
  11. Spread top and side with frosting.
  12. Garnish with chocolate curls if desired.
