Garlic-Roasted Pork With Tarragon Sauce
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
