Clean Fudge
- 1/2 cup almond butter or 1/2 cup cashew nut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey (more if you want sweeter) or 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup (more if you want sweeter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
- Line a small plastic container with plastic cling wrap so that the plastic overhangs off the edges of the container (this will make the fudge easier to remove from the container).
- 2. Place all ingredients (except the macadamia nuts) in a food processor and process until smooth and well combined. Stir through the macadamia nuts.
- 3. Place the fudge in the plastic container and smooth the top.
- 4. Place the container in the freezer for 20 minutes or until it hardens.
- 5. Once the fudge hardens remove from the container and cut into bit size pieces.
- 6. Place the fudge in the fridge and keep refrigerated until ready to serve as it melts easily.
