Zucchini Bread(This Recipe Is Low-Fat And Low Sugar.)

  1. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, white flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the egg white, whole egg, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
  3. Add this mixture to flour mixture, stirring the ingredients to combine them well.
  4. Stir in nuts and/or raisins and/or sunflower seeds, if desired.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake bread in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 50 or 60 minutes, or until a pick inserted in the center of bread comes out clean.
  7. Yields 1 loaf.
