Bibingka – Filipino Coconut Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
  3. Stir in the eggs, one at a time.
  4. Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir, until smooth.
  5. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
  6. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1 hour. Allow to cool. Cut into squares and serve.
