Beef Stroganoff(6 To 8 Servings)

  1. Roll steak in 1/4 cup flour and salt.
  2. Pan-fry onions, mushrooms and garlic in fat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add steak and brown evenly.
  4. Remove meat, onions and mushrooms from pan.
  5. Add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Cook until thickened.
  7. Heat slowly until gravy simmers.
  8. Add beef and vegetables and heat for a few minutes.
  9. Stir in sour cream.
  10. Serve on hot rice, toast or noodles.
