Peanut Crunch Cake

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar on low speed until crumbly.
  2. Set aside 1/2 cup.
  3. Add water, eggs, and oil to remaining crumb mixture; blend on low until moistened.
  4. Beat on high for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1/4 cup each chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  6. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
  7. Combine peanuts, reserved crumb mixture and the remaining chips; sprinkle over batter.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 - 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Yield:
  11. 12 - 16 servings.
