Grace'S Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil chicken until meat comes off bone.
  2. Let cool; then remove bone and skin.
  3. Remove meat and cut up.
  4. Grease casserole dish (or use Pam cooking spray).
  5. Mix soups (uncooked) with chicken broth. Layer casserole dish in order:
  6. meat, both soup/broth, onion, stuffing crumbs (lightly enough to cover), melted butter, poured over stuffing.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  9. Remove foil last 5 minutes of baking, so top may brown. Serves 6 people.
