Mexican Corn Bread

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients.
  2. Put bacon drippings in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan; dust with corn meal and brown in oven.
  3. Mix all other ingredients with corn bread mixture; pour over bacon drippings and corn meal.
  4. Cook about 1 hour or until done.
