Harvest Casserole

  1. Frozen vegetables should be thawed just enough to separate. Start heating oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Combine chuck, onion, tomatoes, Worcestershire and salt.
  3. Pat into 1-inch layer in a 3-quart casserole.
  4. On top, place in layers the potatoes, flour, corn, limas, then green pepper.
  5. Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Gently stir and sprinkle with cheese; bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
