Broccoli-Chicken Casserole

  1. Cook frozen broccoli until tender.
  2. Cook onion until tender and drain.
  3. Melt 1/2 cup margarine and blend in flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Add milk; cool until thick.
  5. Blend in cream cheese. Place vegetables in 1 1/2-quart casserole with cubed chicken.
  6. Add sauce and lightly toss.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Melt remaining butter and toss with bread crumbs.
  9. Sprinkle on top.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
