Strawberry Pizza
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 pt. (2 c.) half and half
- 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 3 baskets strawberries
- 1 jar or tub Marie's strawberry glaze
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Shape cookie dough into a ball in center of large pizza pan (round stone).
- Using lightly floured roller, roll out dough to 12-inch circle, about 1/4-inch thick. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edge is set.
- (Cookie will be soft.
- Do not overbake.)
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Carefully loosen cookie from pan and cool completely.
- In small bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended; set aside.
- Pour half and half into large bowl; add pudding mix and whisk 2 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes until thickened.
- Combine cream cheese mixture with pudding mixture until well blended.
- Spread pudding mixture over cooled cookie.
- Refrigerate for about an hour.
- Combine cleaned strawberries and strawberry glaze in large bowl and refrigerate.
- Spoon over the top of the pudding and serve.
