Meat Loaf With Tomatoes

  1. Mix the ground beef, rolled oats or bread crumbs, green pepper, onion and cheese.
  2. Add 1/2 cup or more tomato sauce, mixing well.
  3. Shape into a meat loaf or pack into a loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  4. If you use the veal-beef-pork mixture, bake at 325u0b0 for an additional 30 minutes. Serve with more tomato sauce on the individual portions.
