Breast Of Chicken Parmigiana

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts.
  3. Dip in beaten egg yolks and milk, then roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Saute in butter.
  5. Layer bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole dish with sauce, then chicken.
  6. Cover each piece with a slice of mozzarella and Swiss cheese.
  7. Put remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
  8. Bake about 30 minutes until golden brown.
