Broccoli Cheese Soup

  1. Heat
  2. water
  3. and
  4. bouillon cube to a boil.
  5. Add broccoli and carrot.
  6. Cook
  7. according
  8. to package directions and remove from heat.
  9. Do
  10. not
  11. drain.
  12. Inteparate saucepan make a white sauce by melting butter and slowly stirring in flour.
  13. Continue stirring while gradually adding milk.
  14. Stir in cheese, chicken soup, onion,
  15. Worcestershire
  16. sauce,
  17. salt
  18. and
  19. pepper.tdd broccoli-carrot
  20. mixture
  21. to
  22. white sauce mixture and cook over medium to low heat until desired degree of thickness.
  23. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
