Seafood Spread
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can tiny shrimp
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. diced onion
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 3/4 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. chopped olives
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 to 5 drops hot sauce
- vegetable cooking spray
- Drain shrimp; rinse.
- Place in ice water.
- Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons water and set aside.
- Combine soup and cream cheese in pan and cook slowly until blended.
- Add mayonnaise and blend over heat.
- Add dissolved gelatin, shrimp and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Pour into a 5-cup mold coated with cooking spray.
- Cover and chill 8 hours.
