Deridder Casserole
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
- 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimiento
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef with green pepper and onion until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender; drain.
- Add next 11 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Add noodles and mix well.
