Kitchen Crew Hamburger Pie

  1. Stir 1 cup Bisquick and the milk into a soft dough.
  2. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured board.
  3. Knead.
  4. Roll dough to make a pie crust.
  5. Ease into pie plate.
  6. Cook and stir ground beef and onion.
  7. Stir in salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons Bisquick and Worcestershire.
  8. Spoon into pie crust.
  9. Beat eggs slightly; mix with cheese.
  10. Pour over meat mixture.
  11. Cover edge with 2 to 3 inch strip of foil to prevent excessive browning.
  12. Remove foil last 5 minutes of baking.
  13. Bake 30 minutes at 375u0b0.
  14. Cut into wedges. Serve with chili sauce.
