Kitchen Crew Hamburger Pie
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Stir 1 cup Bisquick and the milk into a soft dough.
- Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured board.
- Knead.
- Roll dough to make a pie crust.
- Ease into pie plate.
- Cook and stir ground beef and onion.
- Stir in salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons Bisquick and Worcestershire.
- Spoon into pie crust.
- Beat eggs slightly; mix with cheese.
- Pour over meat mixture.
- Cover edge with 2 to 3 inch strip of foil to prevent excessive browning.
- Remove foil last 5 minutes of baking.
- Bake 30 minutes at 375u0b0.
- Cut into wedges. Serve with chili sauce.
