Dairy-Free, Wheat-Free, Egg-Free Snickerdoodles

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. cream margarine and sugar.
  3. add egg substitute and vanilla.
  4. in another bowl mix the flours and baking powder.
  5. add everything together to make dough.
  6. drop by 1/2 tbsp measure into cinnamon sugar.
  7. roll to coat.
  8. place on greased cookie sheet.
  9. bake 10-12 minutes.
