Microwave Taco Soup

  1. Brown meat in a 3-quart casserole dish in the microwave for about 7 minutes on High.
  2. Stir a couple of times and be sure the meat is crumbled while you are browning it.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add the taco seasoning mix and the Hidden Valley seasoning mix to the browned meat and stir.
  5. Add all the other ingredients and microwave on High for about 7 to 8 minutes.
  6. Stir about halfway through the cooking time.
  7. Serve with grated cheese and corn chips if you desire.
  8. This is even better the second day.
