Chicken Lasagne

  1. Make sauce of onion, pepper and oleo.
  2. Add pimentos, mushrooms, soup and milk.
  3. Heat all together.
  4. Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, place 4 strips of noodles on bottom.
  5. Layer 1/2 of chicken, 1/2 of cottage cheese, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of sauce.
  6. Repeat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  8. Can be made the day before and refrigerated.
  9. Allow more time if it is very cold.
  10. Serves 10 to 12.
