Chicken-Broccoli Or Asparagus Casserole

  1. Sprinkle chicken with pepper and salt.
  2. Pour oil in 10-inch frypan and heat over medium flame.
  3. Add chicken and saute slowly about 6 minutes or until chicken is white.
  4. Remove from pan and drain
  5. on paper towel.
  6. Cook asparagus or broccoli by package directions.
  7. Drain.
  8. Line bottom of baking pan with vegetable oil. Place chicken on top.
  9. Mix together chicken soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder.
  10. Pour over chicken.
  11. Sprinkle cheese on top of soup mixture.
  12. Cover with foil.
  13. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
